As part of the EU joint project MarTERA / EROVMUS, we were able to take part in a research trip by the Oceanic Institute in Gdansk to test our filter technology "See the World how it is" for color restoration and contour enhancement under real conditions on ROVs.

Many thanks again to the crew of the Oceania and the Oceanic Institute in Danzig!

Here are a few impressions of the research trip...

The research vessel "Oceania" of the Oceanic Institute in Gdańsk

Our CEO during the first tests on the ROV

ROV of the Oceanic Institute Gdańsk

The so-called “torpedo” was lowered into the water for preliminary reconnaissance of the subsurface using sonar

Final preparations for the first test drive of the ROV...

... before it was then let into the water

The ROV was controlled to the various ammunition finds from the control room below deck.

Our filters were used to optimize object identification and also passed this test successfully.

Testing the filters on the deck of the ship in a natural environment with changing lighting and weather conditions
