Many of today's manufacturing facilities in use have such a high complexity that their control, regulation and monitoring is possible only by means of implicit models, if you want to include in addition to the normal alarm routines the aging of the plants in the automatic monitoring too.

  IngB RT&S has risen to this challenge by having hybrid neural network architectures conditioned sensor- based and combined its various components into a completely unified monitoring and alerting structure.

Connected to a on-line recording database structure or software succeeds  not only (of course also by SMS or email) to alert the supervicing team but also to follow up from the recorded sensor data to perform a comprehensive fault and root cause analysis.

Our system is available in two configurations in industrial use, namely as online-based machine supervicing tool and as offline -based training software.
